Ensemble is proud to host Leaders' Quest 2009.
Based on a successful concept employed by Governments, NGOs and organisations such as BP, Daimler, Fujistsu, Hewlett Packard, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Shell and Unilever, Leaders' Quest is an executive leadership course of the highest calibre.
Unlike some training programs Leaders' Quest is not devoted soley to leadership competencies for the future, but also actionable projects from each individual course. It is sometimes referred to as 'innovative, transforming, social technology.' The highest objective of Leaders' Quest is to find solutions to address the environmenttal, social and economic sustainability issues of the day. With so much pressure on leaders to solve todays problems, it can seem like a giant chasm has emerged between the realities a leader must face and a sustainble future. Leaders' Quest seeks to bridge that gap.

Five CEOs, Government officials or heads of NGOs are asked to nominate two candidates from their organisations for Leaders' Quest. The ten candidates are selected on the basis that they will be the future leaders of their organisations. Organisations are carefully chosen from non-competitive, often complementary sectors.
