Tammi brings to Ensemble Partners experience from a diverse range of industries including the industrial, financial and public sectors. Having worked in the business of all things people related, she understands the importance of each individual and the power they bring to a team. With proven success in business partnering, talent acquisition and one on one coaching, she is energised by working with Ensemble Partners who share her passion for people.
With a Bachelor of Psychology and Management/ Marketing, her interest in why people do what they do and how to best harness this in the corporate world was complemented. Furthermore, she has completed studies in training, development and six sigma. It is through her grounding in organisational psychology and these studies that she brings a logical approach to human resources.
Tammi is passionate about both helping businesses make the most of their talent and helping individuals be the best version of themselves. Through her experience, Tammi has developed her skills in training delivery, recruitment and selection, project facilitation and psychometrics. In addition to her accomplishments in HR, Tammi has also provided career coaching in the not for profit sector and taught in the United Kingdom.
Tammi currently resides in Sydney.
